Folsom Lake waters hold trout, catfish, largemouth and smallmouth bass, perch, and kokanee salmon. An accessible fishing pier is available on Lake Natoma at the Nimbus Flat park entrance. A valid California fishing license is required. For additional information about California’s fishing regulations please visit California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
Lodging and Camping Facilities: There are no motel or hotel lodging facilities available inside the park however, close proximity to the cities of Folsom, Roseville, Rancho Cordova and other Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado County towns make overnight accommodations easy to acquire.
Food: Local restaurants are within short driving distances of most park entrances. Summer food concessions are available at Granite Bay, Beal's Point and Brown's Ravine Marina Store.
